Greyhound does not put passengers 1st

Bus number 2530.

Very disappointed with greyhound services. Bus was supposed to leave Jhb Park Station at 11am to go to DBN, at 11.10 a Lady came into bus to advise they waiting for passengers who are on a bus in midrand and that particular bus broke down.

It's now an hour and half later and still waiting. This is not our problem Greyhound should have arranged another bus to get those passengers to their destinations. The bus would not wait even 30mins if I was late in my own personal capacity.

This has inconvenienced us all so much. All passengers were on time that got on the bus at park station, we are all unhappy with this issue.

This is a greyhound problem why is it now a passenger problem.

When we get to our destination it will 2 hours later than the original time causing extra expense to us that greyhound will not foot that bill.

Greyhound is the most expensive commute service between all the different bus brands, the service should Also be of that standard.
