Greyhound does Not care!!!

Greyhound does NOT care about its passengers in the least!!! This is the second time I will be reaching secunda after 1am with no transport to get to my accommodation. They say they cannot reschedule my ticket to the next day because the bus delay is 3hours and not 5-6 hours... I asked them what happens wen I reach my destination and there's no transport because of the time?? They say there's ntn they can do because it's covered by the "Terms and Conditions"

I'm am livid at the pathetic level of service!!! From what I know to be a premium transport service provider.
