Greyhound dissatisfaction

I felt disrespected when I was departing from Johannesburg park station via the greyhound enroute to Durban because of the condition I was in by the bus driver or the gentleman that was checking the tickets. I am highly disappointed in greyhound as this is not the service I was expecting! The people were very judgmental to my condition and I therefore feel they need proper training or a disciplinary hearing to say.

I kindly need a response to this serious matter please.
