Greyhound disappointed me

I've never had such poor traumatizing service ever in my life before. 1stly the bus was 1 hour n 30 minutes late it was supposed to go at 10 but it ended up leaving at half 11 from Durban to Pretoria last night when we got to Montros the bus had a breakdown that took 4 hours of waiting without being updated about what going on. On our way passing Harrismith the bus had a tyre punch that forced the driver n passengers to change the wheel n put a spare wheel the bus arrived in Pretoria around half 1 pm so we took 15 whole hours..
