Greyhound delay with 5 hours and they are rude

A bus that doesn't care about their passengers time and safety,l. On the 02 April I booked a 15h30 bus from Pretoria to Mthatha, we were told that the bus will delay. Waited until 16h40 then citiliner bus arrived ( I booked greyhound premium) we were told to get on all of us who booked ,it doesn't matter where u going coz we gonna get of at joburg station to get into our various busses. When we arrived at joburg station there were no busses, its late, no one is updating us about anything and we just standing with our luggage not knowing anything. When we try to ask the drivers they are all rude and just respond with "just wait where u are". Other will just dismiss us saying they don't know. We stood at joburg station until 19h00 with no updates with our bus and their rude drivers. The bus finally arrived at 20h30 while we're standing in the cold this whole time. Yhoo greyhound stuff are very rude as if u didn't pay the buy. They are not punctual at all.
