I cancelled my 2x return bus ticket from Johannesburg to Cape Town due to unforeseen circumstances.3 days before departure I app**** for refund and they send me the application form.I submitted the application form with all the relevant documents, And I was told that I’ll have my refund after 21 working days as the policy stipulates.

It was 7th of October and now it’s the 13th of December.The call centre said I must send an email to refunds department but they get ignored 😡😡😡
