Greyhound customer service consultant with a golden heart

Wooow...was I wowwed!!! A loved one had passed on and I needed to travel to Cape Town for the funeral. I called Greyhound and was attended to by their consultant called Xoli Nkosi...we were in the middle of the call when my airtime was about to run out. I informed her and she promised to call me back if the call cut off, she did indeed. We concluded my booking, I had booked my ticket. Grieving, hurting and making travel arrangements could have been a nightmare but this amazing consultant made a moment that could have turned into a frustrating experience a very comforting encounter.

She wasn't even aware I was grieving and hurting.

I am very pleased and totally impressed by the super service I received from Greyhound customer service consultant, Xoli Nkosi. Her service delivery felt like a dream coming true, she rendered service to me just as I've always envisaged service...I am totally flabbergasted!!! Well done for such an employee who has the client's best interests at heart.
