Greyhound. Complaint

I am very disappointed in Greyhound. What a nightmare experience Goin to my destination the bus broke down and we had to sleep overnight in a bus in peddie. They fixed the bus and my trip was delayed by 1 day. They then fixed the bus and it broke down again in knysna.... We had to find our own way to our destination as they could not repair the bus. mine was 300km away and I had to find a way to get there. So I never reached my destination via greyhound had to pay someone to fetch me in knysna. On the way back from my holiday the bus was almost 2 hours late. I booked greyhound luxury and a dirty citiline plus bus was sent. The us had a blowout in mossel bay There were ****roaches crawling on me in the bus and it was filthy. I did not pay for this. I paid for greyhound luxury not citili er The toilets were so dirty on both busses u cud not use them None of the fancy amenities u advertised work No aircon, no cell phone charge point. No movies I wud not recommend traveling with Greyhound to anyone. I'm totally disgusted I paid alot of money for those tickets They don't even deserve 1 star. Management don't bother to respond to emails These busses should not be allowed to travel I will never use them again Carte Blanche should do a program on them Traveling with them is dangerous and not safe
