Greyhound Coach Line

I book the Greyhound Coach from Ladysmith to Cape Town, which was supposed to depart at 14:40. Me & other passengers waited for the coach which came exactly at 17:56. As I'm typing this message this useless bus has stopped just after Ladysmith toll gate. What a pathetic service they have. Some customers had to turn back home. I urge all South Africans not to use this coach, for the sake of your health.
