Greyhound coach is causing me frustration beyond belief

I am currently frustrated beyond belief over something I can't even understand. About a week ago I booked a bus ticket from Port Elizabeth to Bloemfontein with Greyhound which was supposed to leave at 5pm from Port Elizabeth on the 30th of January 2020. I got a call quarter past 9 a.m. the same day saying that all bus services were suspended and that my bus was canceled, and that I would be refunded. Before all this the guy on the line gave me my booking details and afterwards apologized for the inconvenience. I call Greyhound today to enquire about my refund which was supposed to be made available to me by yesterday and they tell me that their busses were not suspended, and that they don't know what I am talking about and there's nothing they can do about it. Mind you I had to book another bus yesterday that would take me to my desired location. I am a student!!!! Translation: I am broke as hell. I booked this time away so that I could take a break from my frustrations over school and life. And now I am sitting in Bloemfontein, calling greyhound every 5 minutes with money I don't have and just feeling really miserable and lousy. I need that refund money. Please help me hellopeter.
