Greyhound Citiliner Plus bus is not safe

I traveled with my family from Bushbukridge to Midrand Engen Big Bird today the 23 November 2023 using Greyhound Citiliner Plus. The driver could not switch on the aircons, It was extremely hot that people started suffocating. We complained but he said that the aircons were not working but when we went closer to the door, he had aircons on his space. This is extremely bad as there was an old granny that almost collapsed. The experience we had today was bad. The disadvantage is that the bus has windows covered with curtains that cannot open. People say that these drivers switch off the aircons to save diesel and receive compensation which is detrimental to people.
