Greyhound Citiliner Coached not paying refund as promised

I bought a Greyhound ticket on for the 28th if May and I calmed them before to cancel. They requested I email them copy of ID, copy of bank card and copy of ticket. I sent them then I recieved no response. I emailed them again in July and I received a response giving me another Greyhound email to resend everything. I have done as requested, but no response. I tried calling but they send me from pillar to post. I want my refund
