Greyhound Citiliner appalling service.

On the 23 September 2022 I booked 4 full fare tickets on thier website destination Maclear. For the 26th September 2022. Bus departure was meant to be 16:30 26th September. Bus was delayed 2h30min. Only when we board the bus we're told by the guy packing the bags we won't be dropped of at our destination the bus doesn't stop there. We were dropped over 60kms away from our destination. Two women traveling with minors and a baby. Left there to sort ourselves out.
