On 9 September 2023, we booked a bus ticket from Mooiriver to JHB. The very same day and email was sent to cancel/change dates/refund: From: Lesley Bedser <***> Date: 9 September 2023 at 11:43:53 BST To: *** Subject: Reservation Number GHAE785-RC1

We were merely told that their email (***) no longer exists and they never received the mail. That is not true because when we made the booking this is the email address on the site. Since then up until now we have not received any emails bouncing back from that emails or that the mails was undelivered. On 18 Sept. just after 13H00, I called and spoke to *** and explained all to him. He never called me back and at 16h20 I called him again for feedback, Only then he sent me a mail stating yet again that email address does not exist. I returned his mail by saying it does exist as it never bounces back and it is still on their website. Then I called to speak to a supervisor, ***, and she said I must forward all mails to her. She mailed me back at 16h59 by saying this has been escalated. This morning @ 10h31, I mailed her again requesting feedback. Again @ 14h19, I sent a mail requesting feedback and still no calls or mails received since 18 September.
