Greyhound busses are useless

I’m extremely disappointed in the service Greyhound delivered, I’ll never use their services again. 1. They arrive late and not even send communication of any sort. None of their charging ports are working. The bus has ****roaches. It’s absolutely disheartening considering the money that was spent to buy tickets. For “Premium” service. I loathe this company.
