Greyhound busses and its employees are *******

Extremely bad service, drivers with stinking attitude, non existence of customer care, don't care about passengers well being. To be specific, the bus that I'm traveling with on the 19 September 2019 from Pretoria to Mthatha the aircon is not working, we are sitting in extreme heat, here we are telling the drivers that we are suffocating with heat and their response is of utmost disrespectful, they are just telling us to go to our seats, seem not interested in addressing the problem at hand, just barking to us to go to our seats as they are telling us that they want to count empty seats and depart. *** is that I'm extremely mad
