Greyhound Buses SA

I requested a refund last month on on 2 July 2020. I was promised to be refunded in 30 days time, until now I have not received my money and they are taking too long to respond to my emails regarding my refund. I want my money today.

I don't have time for follow ups. I have never in my received a bad customer service like this. The company is ***********.
