Greyhound bus worst service ever

Worst service ever... Our bus was supposed to leave at 5pm and it ot arrived yet it's 8pm now. When we try ask we are told bus is delayed and they don't know the reason. Possible we might wait close to 5hours with no explanation.

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON'T EVER BOOK THIS BUS.
