Greyhound bus worse service ever

Good day! I was traveling with the greyhound bus from Capetown to Durban on the 6th of June 2022 bus that departured from Bellville 12:30 There was no zircon on the bus when 1 passenger ask why there is not he was told because of some windows that's open but they trying to fix it... As we proceed I went after a while ask the driver he told me something about a problem they have that is why there is no aircon. A bus service that should provide great service did not follow the covid 19 protocols... That makes one wonder what else does not need attention with service! The bus did pass 2 passenger dropping points by not communicating that they will stop... 2 people had make their own way back from where they suppose to stop. Toilet conditions was horrible...!! I paid for service and I did not get that which I paid a full for for and demand that I get halve of my ticket value back.
