Greyhound bus utterly poor service

I was told by the consultants that the bus from EC via PMB to JHB I was travelling in was always late...had no choice but to book it as everything else was full... consultants argued otherwise only to find it was 15 minutes late...and stinks of mould...you have no regard for Human Life whatsoever...all you chasing is money. Utter disregard!!!
