Greyhound Bus services worst experience ever

This is the worst bus service in the world. Booked a trip from Midrand to Cape Town on the premium service and at the first pickup point the aircon on the bus did not work. Then we stopped at JHB central the worst and dirtiest place you have ever seen and nobody to help or guide you to where you need to be or give you Information as to when you will leave. Bus was 3 hours late and no place to sit down so you have to stand the whole time. I would never in my life use this service again and would like everybody to do the same. Don't ever use Greyhound bus services U will regret it.
