Greyhound Bus services do not refund!

I had to cancel my booking due to circumstances and have requested a refund. It has already been 2 months, and I have had absolutely no response from them. They ignore every email and have still not bothered refunding the money. I am truly disappointed as we have always supported them and used their services.
