Greyhound bus service (Pathetic!!)

Pathetic service always!!!

My aunt and her family booked tickets to return home from Port Elizabeth, arrived at the station on time and was told the bus is unable to drive, they were then given a private bus to take them to Bloemfontein where they would have gotten another bus from there, currently the private bus is also overheating putting everyone on the bus’s lives in danger, they are now on their way back to Port Elizabeth, how very unprofessional on top of that they were told they will not be given any compensation or atleast half their money back for the inconvenience caused, They are so quick to take your money but can’t provide professional service!!!!
