GreyHound Bus Service Going Down !

I have always taken the Greyhound Bus service for as long as i can remember. I booked 2 tickets for me and my younger brother last month to Piet - Retief . I payed R2000 for service that was disgusting. The Aircon on the bus does not work , not to mention the state of the bus inside itself is disgusting to say the least. Back in the day when i took the greyhound bus the use to be a lady that comes around offering you Tea or Coffee that now is gone not sure if its due to "Cost Cutting"but to be honest this will be my last time i take the greyhound or even recommend Greyhound bus service to my family or Friends.

There is a smell in the bus its like it doesn't even get cleaned inside any longer , and with the Aircon not working it is even worse, there is papers laying on the floor seems like it was never picked up from the previous bus riders.

I am disgusted and terribly dissapointed and will never take Greyhound ever again.
