Greyhound ******* bus service

Our bus has been delayed for over two hours, and we only arlets just before the time they promised the bus will get there. The bus was scheduled for 10PM, it's almost 12PM and we received notification that the bus will get to Park Station at 11:30PM...at 11:30PM we received another notification that the bus is still in Pretoria and is still has to via Midrand. This place is cold... And we won't be co'mpensated for this, they treat their customers bad... And nothing more than just an apology when their rates are higher than their competitors, yet all the other busses have left, and were cheaper Some people have little children, and Park Station is really cold...
