Greyhound Bus Service Disgraceful

On the 23rd December it was a disaster; my mom’s bus was scheduled for 10pm, it arrived at 10.25. The 8.30pm bus also arrived at the same time, it was a mad rush to get on board. There was no one to help load luggage and tag it. Greyhound staff had left. The call centre staff were rude- telling me that it is only 3 minutes past 10 when I reported that the bus had not arrived. Disgraceful never use them again. I actually bought my mom a ticket with InterCape for her return trip, shame on you greyhound
