Greyhound bus service

I'm very disappointed. We booked a ticket from cape to Pretoria. Bus left on time but came 4 hours late. They had an accident on the way and left someone behind. They needed to turn around to get the lady .

We paid full price after they told us we get 15% discount if we pay with our capitec card. We never got discount and the bus were 4 Hrs late.
