Greyhound bus service

Good morning. I bought a bus ticket to travel on the 31st of December 2023 from durban beach front to Johannesburg midrand. On arrival at the Durban beach front I handed my suitcase to the driver who put it in the trailer. I then handed a car part (2 pieces of an exhaust) . The driver put it in the trailer and then asked me to give him R500 to transport the exhaust. She I refused he then took out the exhaust and closed the trailer. He then said aloud that I'm drunk and I cannot go in the bus. He then got aggressive and pushed me. He and another gentleman who does not work for greyhound got in the bus and closed the door and drove off with my suitcase. I then went to Durban station and the driver said he don't know me and I'm mad when i asked him for my suitcase. I reported this incident at the point police station and have a case no.

I contacted greyhound customer service and sent emails. They called me 3 weeks ago stating they are sorry for the incidents and they are going to investigate. I then sent them 2 more emails asking them for feed back regarding my suitcase and the don't respond. I am extremely disgusted with greyhounds service and their customers care.
