Greyhound bus not on standard

Me and my eldest daughter rode from Mosselbay to Bloemfontein yesterday. We felt very unsafe due to the bus rattling like it sounded it would collapse any time. Their were no aircon it was so unbearably hot that everyone looked like they were in a sauna, we had to hear the aircon was broken. The toilet was dirty and there were no toilet paper. I must say they stopped and cleaned it at a stage, their were people with small babies and kids as well and I don't know how they managed. At a stage the traffic department pulled us over and I don't know what was wrong, but he wanted to write the driver a fine and there was a big argument. I felt sorry for the driver, because it was not his fault, this is on the company. This is totally unacceptable, defnitive a lack of servicing the bus and it's putting lives in danger.
