Greyhound bus is a nightmare

Greyhound bus from PMB to Johannesburg left us stranded in PMB. It is no where to be found they're not communicating with us on when the bus will arrive. Passengers are with their families (kids) they rely on public transport in Joburg.

By the time we get to Joburg there will not be public transport available. Joburg is not safe this is why we booked the bus at this specific time so that we can get there early enough.

Now we're stuck in PMB with no communication as to how long are we going to be stuck here for.
