Greyhound bus Horrible journey

Worst experience I have ever had, trip from Durban to Beuford west. We are currently still en-route. The bus was 30min late to board due to a fault. Once the second bus arrived, upon travel, the shocks in the bus are damaged, we are all bouncing around and feeling every bit of the road trip hard.

The bus is also very full even tho it's covid 19. People are allowed to board the bus at pick up points and sell items in the bus.
