Greyhound bus from cape Town to johannesburg service was horrible

On the 2april2018 around 1pm the Greyhound bus Leaving Capetown to johannesburg the service was horrible with the aircons not working and the water coming out from the aircon wetting the bus sits. Still with the bus sits wet passengers were expected to sit on those wet sits.
