Greyhound bus experience

I have used the Greyhound bus twice. The first time everything went smoothly but the bus was an hour late,second time I had a horrible experience,the bus broke down in the middle of nowhere. The drivers managed to fix it so we could get to a garage. We waited for the mechanic who was going to fix the bus for more than 4 hours. The mechanic could not fix the bus so we had to wait for another bus from Bloemfontein. I will never use this bus ever again! Horrible service especially from management. Zero communication, no respect and care for customers! I could not even report for duty at work because the bus was stuck the whole time!
