Greyhound bus

We bought a ticket online that cost R540 The bus was to arive at 5:35 at Secunda but after 4 hours still no bus.Me as a lady standing at a gas stasion all alone and waiting in the night no bus to be seen.They dont answer their phones as to give uss a reason for such poor services.I will nevee use Greyhound services ever again Intercape is much better on time and custemer services are excellent. Now im battelling to get a refund. This bus service is pathetic and regardles poor!
