Greyhound Bus Didn't stop at Montroes Garage

I'm currently on the bus now at 01:15 midnight on the 08 March 2018 and I'm experiencing the terribule service from Greyhound. When I got onto the bus from Matatiele with my wife at 18:00, we' ve planned to get something to eat at Montrous (KFC or Debonaze Pizza) and the buses normally does their stop there. But the bus driver stoped on the Engen garage[ for 10min where there is Wimpy shop only] before montrous which is 30min before montrous and I had an impression that they will stop at Montroes, to my surprise when we are about 500m from Montrouse they ask each other if they are stopping there but they decided to pass. What is so fastrating is that they just view us as bunch of passager, they decide for us which shop will suit us all, that an ignorent attitude in their side - I did ask one of the driver as to why they didn't stop, on reply he told me "they did stop at Engen garage" - I can't believe they are depriving us our right of choosing to buy at any shop of out choise. At Montroes there are different shops that we can choose from at we all have different Budget. Im so dissapointed with Greyhound service on that note. people normally recommend Greyhound but on my first time experience a terrible service.
