Greyhound bus company, dissapointment

The greyhound bus is in collaboration with citiliner. I took the bus from Port Elizabeth and got off at Fairlands in Somerset West.

The bus driver called to ask where I was ( keep in mind the bus was supposed to leave at 22:30 I arrived 21:49) which was nice as it showed their concern for passengers.

Unfortunately the whole experience took a completely wrong turn.

As I boarded the bus I noticed how filthy the bus was. There was food and dirt laying all over the bus. The bus was literally filled with ****aroaches. The busses are extremely unsanitary.

When I got to the Fairland stop I promptly got up to exit the bus. The bus driver was extremely rude. And told me I'm wasting his time. I asked how. The bus driver responded by saying that he has been standing outside for a long time. Please keep in mind the bus just stopped.

The bus temperature was extremely hot the temperature read 25 degrees. Which was extremely hot with no ventilation at all.

I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and the service received.

Hopefully everything improves. But I honestly doubt that it will!
