Greyhound bus breaks down in Harrismith

The Greyhound Dreamliner bus that left Midrand Southbound station at 6:50am today 02 Jan 2016 has broken down in Harrismith at 11:40am. The bus was apparently leaking air brake fluid and passengers are stranded on the bus for the last 2 hours without food or water under extremely hot weather conditions. The bus is roughly 5-10km away from Montrose rest stop, however the Greyhound company has not made any arrangements for a bus to at least take these stranded passengers to Montrose where they can rest and eat whilst waiting for the bus to be fixed. Gavin, the tracking officer has mentioned that they have to send a mechanic from Johannesburg who is only scheduled to arrive there after 14:40 to fix the bus as they do not have any other mitigating solutions. Greyhound has not offered any compensation to passengers either. There are elderly people who are also sickly on the bus, who Greyhound have seemed to forgotten. It completely surprises me as to how the stewards on the bus cannot even give the passengers water in this heat. So far there has been no other arrangements made for another bus to pick up the passengers either. I have a sick woman on the bus, registration CV62CC GP.
