Greyhound bus beware

I have booked a ticket with greyhound south Africa 2 months ago it was R7800 for 3 people. We were going on holiday from Johannesburg to cape town. I was at Midrand where we were supposed to be picked up by 17:00. We were told that we must get on a light coach to travel to Johannesburg to wait there for the bus as the bus was a bit delayed we were transported to Johannesburg station where we waited for our bus for 3 hours 😡😡😡😡 we were quite a few people then that paid for a premium bus and after waiting for all that time standing in the station they sent us a horrer of a light coach bus that was so derty and smelling of urine and human waste and the floor of the toilet was wet 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 IT WAS LEAKING OUT ON THE BUS FLOOR... WE ALL TRIED TO FIGHT FOR A BETTER BUS AND WERE TOLD TO GET ON THE BUS AND GO OR WE CAN GO HOME AND ALSO TOLD THAT WE WILL NOT GET A REFUND AS THEY HAVE PROVIDED US WITH TRANSPORT.... NEVER EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY ON GREYHOUND THEY ARE ALSO VERY RUDE AT THE OFFICES WHEN YOU CALL AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON HAS DIFFERENT F@#K&N STORIES THAT THEY ARE FEEDING THE CUSTOMERS THAT PAYS THEIR F@#K&N SALARIES... ITS PATHETIC... DISCUSTING...HORRIFYING... I AM SO ****ED... 👆🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡 *URGENT WARNING
