Greyhound bus

Poor time management poor customer service actually poor is polite its terrible the bus was almost 2 hours late..after that no one thought to inform us..then as if we had heard enough the driver came and made a fool out of us threatening to leave us behind after we had waited . I'm disgruntled really about such terrible service where is the professionalism..
