Greyhound Bus

Please bring Greyhound back to its glory days. I have used two buses in this past week from Pretoria to Bloemfontein and back, the first one was from Pretoria to East London via Bloemfontein and the other one from Cape Town to Pretoria via Bloemfontein. Both buses were really hot, lucky for me on the first one because most places were raining on that day and I was travelling at night, but today’s one was worse because I travelled in the morning to arrive in the afternoon. People were complaining of the heat only for the drivers to tell us that there was no gas and complained that it’s been a long trip from Cape Town, but this was a planned trip according to me, so if they know the gas is not gonna be enough for the whole trip why not have any spare if that’s possible? When we arrived in Joburg they arranged for us to use the Big Sky bus to get to Pretoria from Joburg, but I had options when booking the bus and didn’t choose Big Sky. This is so sad because you will lose valued clients because of your customer service, or in this case lack thereof.

Please fix your issues. We want comfort!
