Greyhound Broad Day Light *******

Booked a Premium ride for a reason today.I was made to get into a normal bus from Midrand and when I asked the driver said "Get in we are late" as if he was talking to his boy child. Got to parkstation thinking I will be swaped to my booked "premium ride" double deck as adverised on their website. When enquiring, a staff member laughed at my face and say "badlale ngawe" "they played you". I phoned their call centre to express my frustration, all i got was "sorry"..no explanation why I will be squashed in a normal bus having paid for premium. I am so disgusted..
