Greyhound beyond pathetic

<p>I booked 2 tickets on the greyhound bus for Friday the 30th at 21.15 for my 2 daughters from Johannesburg parkstation to durban.we arrived at the station at 8.30.went to check in.we waited from 8.45 until 23.15 no bus.we could not get any answers from the staff on duty.instead they were loading the 22.00 bus,and there we are waiting for the 21.00 bus.how can you justify that.I then called the customer care,by then it's already 22.15.there said our 21.15 bus is on the way it's leaving the depot and will arrive in 15 minutes.45 minutes later the bus arrives,it's now 23.15.Wat service is that from a worldwide bus service.my girls were tied,cold and errated.the bus left station at 23.30.shocking behaviour,nobody came to use just kept on avoiding us and saying I don't no were the bus is (erik)I will never again book GREYHOUND bus ever.</p>
