Greyhound

Booked a bus in December 2024. Was suppose to travel back to Johannesburg from George but because of the horrible ordeal I experienced using the bus from Johannesburg to George I decided to cancel my return ticket. The aircons weren't working the bus had a breakdown before potch waited hours on end. Was raining in route no aircon. Boiling in the bus an a delay. I canceld my return ticket prior departure which was 2 days before the departure date. Fone the head office informed they said they recieved everything all is in order for a refund. It's been almost 3 months. Now an I am waiting for my money. When I call I get told I should call back or there's a problem with payment. In true essence the service was horrible but I kept my composure. Becarefull when you book with service. They don't follow they own refund policies an even their own procedures.
