Greyhound-bad service and attitude, lost my purse, greyhound has it. I want my purse.

I left my purse on one of the busses traveling from Cincinnati, got off in Toledo, and the bus's destination was Detroit. Detroit found my purse and said they will have it shipped to New Jersey, its been four days, no one knows where my purse is, it consists of important documents and passports. I'm a SOUTH AFRICAN Resident waiting on my green card, so I have no proof that i have a valid id, let alone my bank cards. No one seems to know where my purse is. And I'm really frustrated. The staff is rude and unproffesional. A guy in Newark shouted at me requesting a track no, when I called detroit for a track no they said there's no track no, they put it in white bag with my name on it and number. I really need my purse asap. Greyhound better do something about this.
