Greyhound bad service

I took a Greyhound bus on 18 September 2019 form Jhb Park Station to Queenstown with my family. It left Park station after 6pm. I had a very bad experience, the bus had ****roaches that continuously popped up in the seat in front of us and on the floor, when I lifted my traveling bag underneath my seat a whole camp of ****roaches that was hiding under my bag spread around the bus. I noticed the bus was not clean and there were many ****roaches in underlying areas in the bus which were not clean. This was my worse experience ever and my kids were traumatized by the ****roaches, we had to find alternative transport to travel back to Joburg. Horrible experience ever.
