Greyhound bad service!!

Greyhound and pick and pay has the worst service ever!!!!! I booked a bus ticket at Pick and Pay Midrand the ticket was not written the pick up station, the pick and pay cashier never bothered to tell me. The SMS Greyhound send the day of departure did not include the pick up station. So I went to Ultracity where I usually get the bus and apparently the station had changed. No communication was made THE BUS LEFT ME! Both companies are playing the blaming game on who was suppose to communicate the pick up station. Till today no refund was made.
