Greyhound bad service

From pta at 12-45 bus was late,up until we were picked up by a bus from polokwane to park station. It is now 15-11pm and we are still waiting for bus to dbn and their staff keeps lying and saying next 30minutes the bus will arrive to pick up passengers. They behave as if we are getting free ride when we have paid for good services. If they are slacking now beginning of festive what is going to happen the next few busy days.
