Greyhound bad office service

In December 2019 I cancelled my Greyhound bus tickets and was given a refund form of which I completed and emailed to them however to date I have not received my refund (for 3 tickets) I call the offices email them and they keep on telling me the refund will to done today it’s over a month now and they are not paying me my refund.
