Greyhound Bad Customer Service

The consultants at Greyhound are completely unreliable, full of uncer*****y and dishonesty. A refund form was sent, yet there’s no acknowledgment to provide clarity or set expectations. When you request to speak to a manager, the response is always, 'Oh, he’s not in today.' What kind of business operates without management on hand? It’s utterly pathetic. To make matters worse, I was transferred to an inactive extension when I specifically asked to be connected to a supervisor or manager. This level of service is disgraceful, and I will never do business with Greyhound again.
