Greyhound back with **** service. ****!!

Greyhound Cape Town to EC line is *****, ****. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 04 Aug the bus was suppose to leave CT at 19h00, instead Eldo bus shows up an hour late. Smelling, and just dirty and dusty. With no explanation we were taken to Bellville and told to get off to another Citiliner Bus.

Eventually left for EC. When we got to Graaff-reinet, the bus died and we were stranded for 11 hours. We got here at around 5AM.... Only now the other bus is getting here...the time is now 15h20...10hours later. We we told the bus left PE at 10h00... According to google maps thats close to 3hours drive.

I am very disappointed, irritated, ****ed actually. I was late for my appointment. The drivers, call centre agents kept telling us the bus is on its way and there is nothing they can do. Some people had to hitchhike and pay alextra moneys because the couldn't wait for the unknown.

Some couldn't because we didnt have cash and our destinations are very far from where we got stuck. NEVER AGAIN
